Bransholme Community Training Workshop
Bransholme is our new location for 2026, where we offer training to the community in Cycle Maintenance, and Horticulture. We will offer public cycle repairs, and affordable bike sales, refurbished by our team of trained mechanics, and wonderful volunteers and trainees.
Our Bransholme Centre not only provides the perfect base for our cycle mechanic and horticulture training, but allows us to provide affordable services and offer professional advice to the community.
As our main donation station, the bikes brought in to our Bransholme Centre are recycled and refurbished to create stock for Bike Libraries around the Humber and affordable retail bikes, which are also sold at our retail shop in Trinity Market.
Bike Donations – Better for the environment!
You can donate bikes at our Bransholme Workshop (see below our opening times). If it’s repairable, our trainees and volunteers will fix it and make sure that it goes to someone who is in genuine need of a bike for work, education, training, or to improve their health and wellbeing. If it’s not repairable, we will take off all the bits that we can use to fix other bikes. Recycle, Reuse – that’s our motto!
Bike services and repairs
We want to keep you on the move! So, if you need your bike servicing, repaired or just want some safety accessories or advice, then swing by for a chat with our professionals!
No booking needed, just wheel your bike across for our mechanics to give a quick assessment so they can give you an estimated quote. If it is something they can’t fix on the spot, they will take your details down and give you a call when the job is done.
Got a puncture on your way to work? Pop it in and we will get you back on the roads as quick as we can!
Accredited Training
We deliver up to City & Guilds Level 3 Award in Cycle Mechanics and Horticulture at our Workshop. This is a practical course, aimed for all skills levels. Our Cycle Mechanic and Horticulture Tutor will guide you through the units. You will be practising your skills on donated bikes which, once fully safety checked by our qualified mechanic, will be re-distributed back into the community. We love recycling at R-evolution!
