Buying a Bike
I want to buy a bike. What are your price ranges?
Adult bike prices range from £39 to £89. Kids bike prices range from £29 to £59.
Can I reserve a bike that I have seen?
Unfortunately not no. If a bike you like has gone by the time you visit us, we have plenty of other bikes available.
Do you accept card payments?
Yes we do!
I'm looking for a specific type of bike, can you help me?
As we rely on donations, we can't say what types of bike we will have in stock. As we are a small team, it is difficult for us to respond to everyone's requests for bikes. You are best to come down to our workshop to have a look for yourself.
Do you sell electric bikes?
It is very rare that we will have an electric bike for sale as we rely on donations. If we do have one, we will advertise it.
I want to buy a bike for my child, THey are 8 years old - what do you have available?
If you require a bike for a child, we need to know the exact height. Without this, we may size up a bike incorrectly.
I bought a bike from you and its faulty, what do I do?
If your bike is found to be faulty within 30 days we can offer you a full refund or a repair. After 30 days, we are able to exchange the bike, repair it or offer a partial refund.
Servicing and Repairs
Do you offer servicing and repairs?
Yes we do!
I'm not sure what needs fixing on my bike, can you help?
Yes, we ask that you bring your bike down to our Cottingham workshop. Our mechanic Ben will provide you with a free assessment of what work needs doing to your bike.
Do I need to book my bike in before I bring it?
No you don't! Just bring your bike down and the mechanics will have a look at it straight away.
Donating a Bike
I want to donate a bike but it's missing some parts, will you take it?

I have a donation, how do I get it to you?

I don't live near any of the donation stations, what do I do?
Contact our office and we can collect your bike. This won't be immediate, you will have to wait till we're in the area.
